  • We currently deliver across India.
  • Some remote locations may have limited or no delivery service. If your address falls into such an area, we will notify you.

b. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

c. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
  • Express Delivery (if available): 1-3 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

2. Local Pickup Option (Store Pickup)

We offer a Local Pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our store in Varanasi.

How Local Pickup Works:

  1. Choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout.
  2. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email/SMS.
  3. Visit our store at the following location to collect your order:

  4. Bring a valid ID and order confirmation for verification.

Local Pickup Timing:

  • Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on the product weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Orders above a certain value may be eligible for free shipping (offer details will be displayed at checkout).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the package.
  • If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the order may be returned, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

6. Inspection & Acceptance

  • Customers must inspect their package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, do not accept the parcel and notify us immediately.
  • If the product is found to be defective or damaged after opening, report it within 24 hours for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
