- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
c. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
- Express Delivery (if available): 1-3 business days
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
2. Local Pickup Option (Store Pickup)
We offer a Local Pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our store in Varanasi.
How Local Pickup Works:
- Choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout.
- Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email/SMS.

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges vary based on the product weight, size, and delivery location.
- Orders above a certain value may be eligible for free shipping (offer details will be displayed at checkout).
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.
- You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the package.
- If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the order may be returned, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
6. Inspection & Acceptance
- Customers must inspect their package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, do not accept the parcel and notify us immediately.
- If the product is found to be defective or damaged after opening, report it within 24 hours for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
