3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets): Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be provided via bank transfer or store credit within 5-7 business days.

b. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The product is returned without original accessories/manuals.
  • There is minor damage caused after delivery.

4. Exchanges & Replacements

Exchange Process:

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled with a full refund if not dispatched.
